6 Week Outdoor Bootcamp Challenge
MONDAY 530PM or 630PM - Bootcamp Circuit Training
This class focuses on strength and conditioning and rest assured that you will get a full body workout! We will use (and learn to use) a variety of equipment, mostly using dumb bells & kettle bells. To keep it really interesting, we often work through circuits which makes this class FLY by! This 45 minute class includes lower body, upper body, core work and cardio.
TUESDAY 530PM or 630PM - Bootcamp Circuit Training

To keep it really interesting, we often work throug circuits which makes this class FLY by! This 45 minute class incorporates lower body, upper body, core work and cardio.
THURSDAY 630PM - Bootcamp HIIT (Interval Training)
Interval Training at its best. Cardio - Body Weight - Weighted Work - all designed to increase metabolism & muscle while burning calories all day long. We will work for 20/30/40 second intervals and enjoy a quick rest between sets. This class is a true metabolic booster. Don't let the name deter you, it may be intense interval training but any move can be modified where needed. If you like a challenge, you can also really rev up this workout too!
