ConFITent offers a variety of fitness opportunities created for women 30+.

Barre @the Bar
Combine the hottest low impact workout with the hottest lowkey spot in Whitby. Barre @thebar is a feel good community event where you'll enjoy an upbeat, toning SoulBodyBarre Class & finish with a refreshing pint and delicious pizza! Combine Community, Bar(re) and Pizza for a total Sunday Trifecta!

Meet Tina - our yoga-barre instructor
Tina is a passionate fitness and yoga instructor (200 hour YTT certified & SoulBody Certified) and proud mom of 3 boys. She truly believes in the power of movement to transform both body and mind. When she's not stepping in to lead classes for our ConFITent Crew, she can be found teaching at the Lindsay Community Centre or on her SUP board on the lakes of Kawartha! Tina is dynamic, energized and fun. What an awesome addition to our summer session!
