Coach Krista is an experienced & passionate Canfitpro Fitness Trainer leading you through a results driven program. 

 

ConFITent offers a variety of fitness opportunities created for women 30+.

Intimate group sessions guarantee individual support, better form, better results, and greater accountability. Equipment is provided & so is the high energy vibe!

Day to day life challenges us mentally, emotionally and physically. ConFITent was established in 2020 to support HEALTH & COMMUNITY.

We navigate so much of life on our own, but we do not have to navigate our fitness & wellness goals alone. Small Group Training truly raises the bar when it comes to results and accountability. Community raises our consistency & confidence.

Barre @the Bar

Combine the hottest low impact workout with the hottest lowkey spot in Whitby. Barre @thebar is a feel good community event where you'll enjoy an upbeat, toning SoulBodyBarre Class & finish with a refreshing pint and delicious pizza! Combine Community, Bar(re) and Pizza for a total Sunday Trifecta!

Meet Tina - our yoga-barre instructor 

Tina is a passionate fitness and yoga instructor (200 hour YTT certified & SoulBody Certified) and proud mom of 3 boys. She truly believes in the power of movement to transform both body and mind. When she's not stepping in to lead classes for our ConFITent Crew, she can be found  teaching at the Lindsay Community Centre or on her SUP board on the lakes of Kawartha! Tina is dynamic, energized and fun. What an awesome addition to our summer session!
